Dr. Brigitte Hanly
CEO, Chief Scientist & Co-Founder
Dr. Brigitte Hanly is a pioneering leader in regenerative medicine and biotechnology, serving as CEO of Blast Institute and Blast Longevity. Holding dual PhDs in Physical and Analytical Chemistry with a specialization in biomolecules, she combines deep scientific expertise with visionary leadership to advance the future of regenerative and longevity medicine.
With more than two decades of experience in advanced therapeutic development, Dr. Hanly has built an internationally recognized career at the forefront of stem cell science and precision medicine. She previously served as Vice Director of Research at a leading chemical company, where she led life science applications for therapeutic molecules such as oxygen and ozone.
She later played a pivotal role in advancing innovative technologies in human cell cloning before becoming a leading force in pluripotent stem cell and exosome research at the Stemaid Institute. Her work has focused on translating cutting-edge scientific discoveries into practical regenerative therapies.
As the scientific leader behind Blast Longevity, Dr. Hanly has guided the company's research and innovation strategy, leading the development of science-based longevity solutions focused on cellular health, DNA reprogramming, and regenerative medicine.
She has since pioneered advanced protocols at the Blast Institute, utilizing pluripotent stem cells, exosomes, and gene therapy to address degenerative diseases, promote cellular restoration, and advance precision medicine.

Dr. Martin Emmanuel Mondragón Hernández, MD
Local Injection Specialist
Dr. Martin Emmanuel Mondragón Hernández, MD is an Emergency Medicine physician with specialized expertise in image-guided regenerative procedures. As Blast Institute's local injection specialist, he performs advanced ultrasound-guided injections with exceptional precision, helping deliver regenerative therapies exactly where they are needed to optimize healing, reduce pain, and restore function.
Since joining the clinical team in 2022, Dr. Martin has become known for his meticulous technique and passion for mastering the latest procedural innovations. He has completed extensive advanced training in ultrasound-guided musculoskeletal and regenerative injection techniques, making him the physician patients and colleagues rely on for technically demanding procedures. His enthusiasm for medical technology — combined with his deep understanding of ultrasound anatomy — allows him to visualize tissues, nerves, joints, tendons, and ligaments in real time, ensuring every injection is performed with the highest level of accuracy and safety.
Prior to joining Blast Institute, Dr. Martin practiced emergency medicine and surgery at leading medical centers in San José del Cabo, including the General Hospital and the ISSSTE Clinic. Board-certified by the Mexican Council of Emergency Medicine, he brings a calm, compassionate approach and strong clinical judgment to every patient encounter.

Dr. Evelin Veras Castillo, MD is a board-certified Plastic, Aesthetic, and Reconstructive Surgeon with advanced expertise in regenerative medicine, longevity, and healthy aging. Holding a Master's degree in Anti-Aging Medicine, she combines cutting-edge aesthetic techniques with evidence-based longevity strategies to help patients look, feel, and function at their best throughout every stage of life.
At Blast Institute, Dr. Veras oversees the development and implementation of personalized longevity programs, integrating regenerative therapies, precision diagnostics, hormone optimization, and lifestyle medicine to promote healthy aging from the inside out.
